BDPACK
NiGK BDPACK is a pre-assembled disposable type Bowie & Dick test pack. This product perfectly complies with the standard of B&D test pack stipulated in ISO11140-5. After processed, indicator area on the sheet changes from white to black. You can interpret the result by checking the color change of the indicator sheet. With the proper cycle, most of the center area of the indicator sheet evenly changes from white to black or blackish brown. The ineffective pre-vacuum, air-leak, or NCG(Non- condensable gas) in the supplied water can lead to the fail results. The examples below show the PASS cycle and FAIL cycle. If the center area does not change color to black/blackish brown or the whole area is light, it means FAIL result.
- Tested by a third-party laboratory for the compliance with ISO11140-5
- Easy to peel-open to take out the indicator after the cycle
- Laminated package to avoid contamination from water and dirt
- Thin (6mm) and light package in smaller box for smaller storage space
